What is the processing of this Form I-90, Application to Replace Permanent Resident Card?

  1. Submit application with the Filing Fee or the Fee Waiver to the right USCIS Office or via Online through the USCIS Official Website.
  2. Receive Form I-797C, Notice of Action Receipt Notice: This will confirm that USCIS has received the case and the Filing Fee or the Fee Waiver (which has been granted) and provide you with a case number for future reference or tracking of your case status.
  3. Receive Form I-797C, Notice of Action, Biometrics Appointment: This will inform the Applicant of the Location, Date and Time to attend to the Biometrics Appointment.
